Tacama Pisco Demonio de los Andes wird aus den erlesensten Weintrauben Tacamas hergestellt, die sich im Geschmack und Geruch dieses Piscos wiederfinden. Die bekannteste und älteste Rebsorte die zur Herstellung von Pisco verwendet wird, ist die Moscatel Rebsorte, die auch im Pisco Demonio de los Andes enthalten ist. Ihr Bouquet ist sehr rassig mit feinen Muskatnuancen. Um den Geschmack des Piscos zu erhalten wird der Pisco auf 44 % vol. destilliert und für drei Monate in Tanks gelagert. Kein Holzfass oder Zugaben wie Zucker dürfen den Geschmack verfälschen. Pisco Demonio de los Andes, oder auch der Dämon der Anden genannt, ist ideal dafür geeignet, ihn in Cocktails vermixt zu servieren. Im Pisco Sour oder als Kultdrink mit Inca Kola beweist der Dämon seine Stärke und Anmut zugleich.
